Bean cream with honey mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g of dried beans,
1 carrot,
1 coast of celery,
1 tomato,
1 onion,
1 clove of garlic
50 g of dried mushrooms,
1 bay leaf,
2 potatoes,
200 g fresh honey mushrooms,
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
Of the nail fungi it is better to choose the smallest specimens, as less leathery. They can be stored for 2-3 days in a paper bag, cleaned, but not washed. If they are very dirty of soil, before use, dip them for 2 minutes in boiling water and drain with a skimming ladle: the soil should remain all on the bottom of the pot.
