Mount Re

Cheese with a smooth and fairly regular rind, straw-coloured, with small but widespread holes and the characteristic taste of goat's milk, sometimes slightly spicy.

It comes in cylindrical forms with straight sides and flat faces, with an average diameter of 17-18cm and 8-9cm high.
