Grape sauce

Difficulty: Medium Doses: for 4 people

5 litres of sweet grape must,

300 g of figs,

300 g of sweet apples,

300 g of pears,

100 g shelled hazelnuts,

5 cloves,

1 pinch of cinnamon,

100 g of sugar.


In the land of wine, as is our region, could not miss the grape sauce. Always on our tables with a piece of good cheese you drink a good glass of wine: the grape sauce is therefore an ideal match to accompany mature cheeses and soft cheeses particularly tasty, all to discover.
