Formadi Frant

Formadi Frant is the result of the mixing of different “dairy” cheeses at different stages of maturation (40-90/100 days - more than 7 months) chopped into slices, cubes, and flakes with the addition of salt, pepper, and milk. The whole mix is then kneaded by hand with the addition of cream, to provide softness to the product.

It has a dark yellow paste, cylindrical in shape, with a height of about 10cm and an average diameter of 30-40cm; it has a strong flavour, with a light contrast between its spicy and sweet notes.
