The treasure of every land is the history of its products
De gusto for the first year from 6 to 9 April, will be present at the Vinitaly 2025, on behalf of PromoTurismoFvg will provide the catering service in the Lobby and Masterclass.
After 15 years, thanks to the synergy between PromoTurismoFvg and Ersa, the Region has designed a new stand for Vinitaly 2025, where space will be given to the promotion of excellent wines, agri-food products and the entire regional territory.
De gusto was chosen as the brand to perform the catering service, with food products from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region. A selection of high quality products, accompanied by regional wines of excellence, will be offered to the guests of the Lobby-office: journalists, authorities and tourism operators. For the Masterclass sessions, De gusto will offer Zattere stuffed with fish, ham, cheese, truffle creams, etc., which will be paired with wines chosen by sommeliers.
Gastronomic proposal:
Zattere (fresh toasted bread) stuffed with:
- Figo Mòro jam and San Daniele ham;
- Hand-cut Cooked Prague ham and Kren;
- Black truffle friulan cream with Montasio DOP cheese;
- Regina di San Daniele smoked trout with Bianchera extra virgin olive oil;
- Codfish mantecato alla triestina with Sardon in oil.
Gastronomic proposal:
Cheese platters (Montasio DOP, Formadi Frant, Goat Caciotta), cold cuts (San Daniele ham, Friulan salami), accompanied by Honey from the Grado Lagoon and Fruit and Vegetable Jams, Frico and Polenta, hand-cut Cooked Prague ham and Grissini Maccoritti.
