Artichoke, spinach and beans pie

2 artichokes,

1 medium-sized onion,

1 tablespoon of capers in salt,

100 g frozen beans,

1 leg of San Daniele ham,

150 g frozen spinach,

50 g bacon in one slice,

1 tablespoon chopped parsley,

100 g flaked aged cheese,

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,




Spinach, mineralizing vegetable, rich in folic acid useful for the immune system, are ideal for those who want low-calorie dishes. The origins of the vegetable are uncertain (they should come from Persia). According to some it comes from the Latin 'spina', according to others from the Arabic 'aspanakh', through the Spanish 'espinaca'.
