Carsolina lukewarm salad

Ingredients

150 g winter red radicchio,

150 g valerianella (matavilz or ardielut),

150 g beans (frozen or canned),

1 egg,

50 g sliced bacon,

10 g of butter,

1 glass of apple vinegar,

salt.

Introduction
